While supportive meals are our main offering, we also believe in forming a sense of community with one another. To do that, we also offer other services to engage one another outside of your comfort zone at times.

We are currently offering meal support Monday through Friday – breakfast, lunch, and dinner!

We host events routinely – from fun gatherings to educational/therapeutic – something for everybody!

We feature special events such as community service trips and even family meal support evenings from time to time!

When you struggle with an eating disorder, eating becomes hard. ThrivED Together is a safe place to do the hard work around eating. ThrivED Together is rooted in empathy, connection, courage, and support. We heal when we can be seen and heard. We heal with others.
Join us in a space where you can be you and become your favorite version of your authentic self.

While we offer a supportive meal environment, we aren’t intended to replace treatment or a level of care that requires hands on guidance. We believe there is a behavior struggle amongst those on the path to recovery from an Eating Disorder and we are here to fill that gap. We strive to normalize eating in social settings and build a community with one another that is safe and supportive. We are here to walk side by side for a time on your recovery journey.
We work with all Eating Disorder types, including:
• Anorexia Nervosa
• Binge-Eating/Purging Type
• Avoidant/Restrictive Intake Disorder
• Binge-Eating Disorder
• Bulimia Nervosa
• Other Specified Feeding or Eating Disorder
• Eating Disorder, Unspecified

Carol has worked in the field of Eating Disorders for over 30 years in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. She works with individuals struggling with eating disorders because she understands at a personal level the hope and healing that comes out of the process of recovery.
She created ThrivED Together after telling clients for years and years that she wished there was a place for them to go and just get supportive meals. After searching for the right location and space, she found it in Richardson and decided to create this space to get support at meal times but also build a community with one another to foster the journey to wholeness.
